Charles E. Parsons Jr. MARION, Va. Charles E. Parsons Jr., 39, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012, in Nashville, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and his mother, Linda Jean Parsons. Survivors include his father, Charles E. Parsons Sr.; his wife, Gloria; his children, Briana, Victoria, Carlos, Nicholas and Lucas; sister, Patricia A. Mitchem; mother-in-law, Edith A. Colon; father-in-law, Pedro C. Rosario; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends. A graveside committal service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Paul Price officiating. The family will receive friends at Farris Funeral Service from 12 until 1:30 p.m. Monday.
